How long does trophy engraving take?
What to expect on timing, and how to make sure your awards are ready before the big night.
The short answer
Timing depends on the award, the amount of engraving and how busy we are. Please allow up to two weeks lead time for trophies during end of season peak time. Outside the peak, ask us when you order and we will confirm timing for your job.
What affects timing
- Time of year: end of season and end of year are our busiest periods.
- Quantity: a full club takes longer than a single trophy.
- Type of engraving: logo work, perpetual plates and colour printing can add steps.
- How quickly we get your details: a complete, checked list of names avoids delays.
How to get your trophies on time
- Order early. We suggest at least four weeks before your presentation night.
- Send names and wording in one checked list.
- Send logos early, as clear, high resolution files.
- Send perpetual trophies in for new plates a few weeks before the night.
