Ordering and timing
How long does an order take?
Please allow up to two weeks lead time for trophies during end of season peak time. Outside the peak, ask us when you order and we will confirm timing for your job.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We can supply one trophy or a full season for a club or school.
Do you supply outside Richmond?
Yes. We have been supplying trophies and awards Australia wide for more than 30 years, to sporting clubs, racing clubs, schools, businesses and individuals.
How do I choose and get a price?
Large selection available in store, or you can browse the catalogues. Make your selections, jot down the item code and contact us for pricing information.
Engraving and custom awards
What engraving do you offer?
The majority of our awards are laser engraved. We also offer computerised diamond drag engraving, laser etching on cylindrical items such as tankards and mugs, and full colour UV printing on certain corporate awards. See our services page.
Can you engrave a logo?
Yes. Send us your logo with your enquiry. A clear, high resolution image works, and vector files are best.
How do you keep the lettering consistent on perpetual trophies?
Computerised diamond drag engraving lets us keep the engraving consistent on awards such as perpetual trophies, year after year.
Corporate awards and visiting
Can my business set up an ongoing awards program?
Yes, through the Corporate Recognition Program: custom crystal awards, designed and co-branded for your business, delivered quarterly. You approve a proof before anything is engraved. Learn more.
