An awards night is the one time a year everyone is in the room. The awards themselves are on show, so they should look right, match the standard of the event and be ready well before the night.
Choosing the awards
- Major awards: larger trophies, cups, glass or acrylic awards with a logo
- Category awards: mid sized trophies or plaques with the category and winner
- Finalists and highly commended: medals or smaller awards so more people go home with something
- Perpetual awards: a cup or trophy that stays with the organisation, with a new plate each year
Planning ahead
- List every category and the number of awards.
- Choose a consistent style so the awards look like a set.
- Confirm the wording and logo, and ask us about checking a proof for logo awards.
- Order at least four weeks before the night, and earlier if it is your busy season.

How far ahead should I order awards night trophies?
We suggest at least four weeks before the event. Please allow up to two weeks lead time for trophies during end of season peak time.
Can I see a proof before engraving?
Our Corporate Recognition Program includes a proof for you to approve before anything is engraved. For other orders, ask us about checking the layout before we engrave.
